Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Studio Operations Supervisor for a live studio company specializing in TikTok live streaming and entertainment content.
The studio is located in Dubai South.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a live operations team of hosts, floor managers, and content planners.
- Define roles, establish scheduling and training systems, and conduct performance reviews.
- Develop SOPs to reduce information friction and improve daily communication.
- Plan live show themes, scripts, and visual presentations for MENA audiences.
- Oversee on-site equipment, network connectivity, streaming quality, host performance, and contingencies.
- Track viewership, engagement rate, conversion rate, and GMV, then adjust strategies based on performance.
- Develop partnerships with local MCNs, creators, and agencies in the MENA region.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of live streaming operations or content operations experience.
- At least 1 year of direct people management experience.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- An existing network of local hosts, KOLs, or agencies in the MENA region.
- Familiarity with overseas platforms such as TikTok LIVE or YouTube Live.
- Experience building an overseas live team from scratch is preferred.
