Studio Manager

Own day-to-day operations of the studio — scheduling, staffing, and member experience

Lead and develop the coaching team, holding the standard on the floor and off it

Track studio performance, including customer retention and member acquisition

Build and protect the culture that makes this studio feel different

Lead member challenges, events, and other ways to keep members engaged

Coach 20 hours per week

A self-starter who solves problems and makes decisions without waiting to be told what to do. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, who can demonstrate how they've taken initiative in the past, and doesn't need to be micromanaged.

Ambitious and driven, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility

2–3 years experience as a Studio Manager or Head Trainer

$70,000/year base salary

Commission: $950+ per month (depends on performance, $850 is average)

15 paid vacation days per year

Ability to work remotely for certain tasks
