Studio Management - Studio Manager

We are looking to fill a role while a current manager is on a leave, we believe this role can easily transfer to one of our other locations.

At Orangetheory our Studio Managers lead the studio in all aspects of membership acquisition, retention, employee development, and achieving sales goals. The Studio Manager will be responsible for the hiring, onboarding, and supervising of team members; planning, and assigning daily, weekly, and monthly goals, providing excellent customer service and directing work tasks. The Studio Manager gets to lead all aspects of the employee life cycle with continuous coaching, annual performance reviews plus rewarding and recognizing high performers.
