Pavit Gujral Designs is seeking a polished, energetic and detail-oriented Studio & Client Relations Assistant to support the daily operations of our luxury jewelry brand in Dubai.
We are looking for someone with *excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in luxury, fashion and creative businesses.*
Key Responsibilities
- Managing studio coordination and daily administrative tasks
- Assisting with client communication and appointment scheduling
- Coordinating orders, deliveries and follow-ups
- Supporting brand shoots, launches and events when required
- Maintaining smooth day-to-day operations within the studio
- Liaising with vendors, suppliers and external partners
- Assisting with social media coordination and brand support tasks
- Ensuring a polished and welcoming client experience
What We’re Looking For
- UAE-based candidates only
- Strong spoken and written English
- Smart, presentable and professional
- Highly organized and dependable
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in luxury, jewelry, fashion or creative industries
