About the Role

Requirements
- 1–2+ years of videography experience, preferably automotive
- Confident with manual camera settings and studio lighting setups
- Proven ability to work from a brief or template
- Basic editing proficiency: Lightroom or Photoshop for stills; CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent for video assembly
- Disciplined, detail oriented, and comfortable with structured, repetitive work against a daily target
- Conversational English sufficient for day to day team communication

Key Responsibilities
- Set up the bay before each shoot: background cleanliness, bodywork, lighting, and elimination of dust, reflections, and glare
- Shoot each vehicle according to a fixed angle and clip template — every car receives the same sequence
- Produce a short template video per vehicle as specified
- Perform basic post processing: colour correction, cropping, file renaming, and upload to the company's cataloguing system
- Meet the daily vehicle quota (to be agreed jointly with the team)
- Carry out basic maintenance and upkeep of studio equipment
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of videography experience, preferably automotive
- Confident with manual camera settings and studio lighting setups
- Proven ability to work from a brief or template — the essential skill here is reproducing the same visual output reliably, dozens of times per day
- Basic editing proficiency: Lightroom or Photoshop for stills; CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent for simple video assembly
- Disciplined, detail oriented, and comfortable with structured, repetitive work against a daily target
- Conversational English sufficient for day to day team communication
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with automotive dealerships, car marketplaces, rental or leasing companies, or vehicle auctions
- Familiarity with semi automated or turntable based studio shooting systems
- Portfolio that includes serialised, template based automotive shoots (series of identically framed vehicles, not one off editorial work)

- Schedule: 5 days per week, day shift
- On site work, Abu Dhabi

Final stage assessment
- Candidates who reach the final round will complete a trial shoot — one vehicle, using the company's actual template.
