Role Overview
Support day-to-day studio administration while assisting the photography and creative team.
The role combines administration, photo editing, graphic design, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily studio administration and organization.
- Assist with client communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with photographers and the creative team.
- Edit and retouch photographs to a high professional standard.
- Create graphics for Instagram, social media, advertising, and promotions.
- Design albums, canvases, marketing materials, and other client products.
- Organize and manage digital files and client images.
- Assist with creative concepts, themes, and studio projects.
- Ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide general administrative support to the studio.
Requirements
- Previous administrative or office experience.
- Photo editing experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Graphic design skills and knowledge of Canva or Adobe Illustrator are advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a busy creative team.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 3,000 to QAR 6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
