This position serves as a student assistant in an on-campus department, providing support to Wor-Wic Community College faculty and staff, with some off-campus community opportunities as designated.
Position Duties

Duties may include: Wor-Wic office and computer lab positions: administrative assistant duties such as answering telephones, filing, copying, scanning, data entry preparing materials for mass mailings assisting with special events such as new student orientation, job fairs and group tours greeting visitors to the department Wor-Wic facilities positions: mail delivery, filing, distributing mail to various locations across campus driving to the post office Wor-Wic America Reads program: tutoring children in elementary school settings to improve their reading skills, either one-on-one or in a group setting Child Development Center positions: assisting teachers with activities for the children monitoring playtime, lunch and nap time as directed

Requirements for Federal Work Study Eligibility
