About the Department

Position Duties

• Filing, making copies, faxing, shredding and scanning Data entry Document creation and/or maintenance, using Microsoft Word and Excel May assist with department and/or student events Greet and assist office guests, campus visitors, etc. Answer phone, receive and sort mail Comply with campus policies and procedures Other related duties, as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Current LSCPA student, enrolled in a minimum of six (6) semester credit hours per long semester, or three (3) semester credit hours during Summer semesters Grade Point Average of 2.0 or higher Valid driver’s license/state ID Must be comfortable performing work independently and with minimal supervision Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer program/applications Ability to operate office equipment: computer, calculator, copier, fax
