Tech Clerks help students, faculty, and staff find technology products that fit their needs while gaining hands-on experience with customer service, sales, merchandising, and a variety of technology products.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys learning about technology, working with people, and being part of a team.

The Tech Clerk provides friendly and knowledgeable customer service in the Campus Store's Technology department.

This position assists customers with technology purchases, maintains and organizes the sales area, processes transactions, and develops product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Must be a current UVU student Preferred Qualifications: Customer service or retail experience An interest in technology and willingness to learn about new products

Provide friendly, proactive customer service and assist customers in selecting technology products and accessories based on their needs.

Process sales, returns, and other transactions accurately while following Campus Store procedures and policies.

Stock, organize, clean, and maintain merchandise and displays in the Technology department.

Develop and maintain knowledge of products sold in the department and assist with other Tech department duties as assigned.
