Role Responsibilities
- Support the inclusion of pupils with additional educational needs in the school community.
- Work with individual students to overcome barriers to learning (e.g., English language difficulties, social, emotional and behavioural difficulties).
- Help the pupil learn as effectively as possible in group and individual situations, inside and outside the classroom.
- Assist in the development and delivery of a suitable programme of support both within the classroom and on a one to one basis.
