Intellete is looking for a confident, internationally-minded representative to support our student recruitment activities, school engagement, and regional outreach across the GCC.
This role is ideal for someone who has personally studied in Europe, understands the international admissions landscape, and is comfortable representing Intellete in professional settings across the region, while also being able to genuinely speak to students about their own university experience and journey studying abroad.
Role Overview
You’ll work closely with our team to represent Intellete at international school fairs, counsellor events, and student-facing sessions across the GCC.
The role combines relationship-building, public speaking, travel, and hands-on coordination, with a particular focus on the UAE alongside regular trips to Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Intellete at university fairs, school visits, and recruitment events across the GCC
- Deliver presentations and speak confidently with students, parents, and school counsellors
- Build and maintain relationships with international schools and key stakeholders
- Support students with initial guidance around European university pathways
- Coordinate logistics and follow-up related to fairs and outreach activities
- Assist with market development and regional expansion initiatives
- Travel regularly for events, particularly within the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar
Ideal Candidate
- Recent graduate holding an undergraduate degree from a European university
- Italy or the Netherlands preferred, though graduates from other European countries are also welcome
- Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable presenting to large groups and engaging with diverse audiences
- Professional, organised, and proactive
- Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to the UAE
- Able and willing to travel frequently across the GCC
- Prior experience in education, recruitment, admissions, student advising, or business development is a plus, though not required
- Fluent English required; Arabic is a bonus
Compensation & Support
- Monthly salary: €2,200–€2,500
- UAE visa sponsorship provided
- Travel expenses covered for work-related trips
Working Structure
Due to the seasonal nature of the role and school calendars across the region, the position offers increased flexibility during quieter periods of the year.
From approximately June 15th to August 15th, there is no requirement to remain based in the UAE full-time, with significantly reduced travel and event activity during this period.
Additionally, the month of December is fully remote.

We’re looking for someone who can genuinely represent the brand and operate with a high level of independence.
This is a relationship-driven role and, at the stage we’re currently in as a company, communication skills, professionalism, confidence, and presence matter even more to us than prior experience.
Location
UAE-based role with regular travel across the GCC, particularly Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
