Perform a variety of tasks involving operation of radiographic equipment and other devices as necessary.
Obtain complete history and position patients using immobilization when necessary and explain procedure to patients.
Calculate appropriate exposure factors and evaluate images for diagnostic quality.
Assist Radiologists and other health care practitioners with invasive procedures.
Explain procedures and observe patients to ensure safety and comfort during exam.
Use radiation safety measures and protection devices to comply with regulations and ensure patient/employee safety
Evaluate images for technical quality, exposure, and transmit to PACS.
Assist with other duties as assigned
