Responsibilities
- Optimize campaigns by analyzing performance data, adjusting targeting parameters, and suggesting creative modifications
- Implement, launch, and monitor advertising campaigns across various channels and platforms
- Produce reports in Excel to track KPIs, reach business goals, and develop new strategies
- Implementation and QA test of campaigns/websites prior to launch
- Proactive troubleshooting analysis of scheduled campaigns and detection of bugs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s student of Business/Economics/Statistics/Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
- Availability to commit to 15 20 weekly working hours
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Proficient with data analysis tools, especially Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed
- Hands on, proactive, and goal oriented with ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Highly motivated individual, team player, and great interpersonal skills
- Experience in PPC advertising, programmatic advertising, or ad operations is an advantage

Position Overview
- We are looking for a skilled and detail oriented student to join our marketing analyst’s team as an Ad Operations Specialist (Ad Ops).
- An amazing opportunity to take part in a fast growing company in the hottest field of ad tech right in the heart of Tel Aviv.
- This position is meant for students finishing his/her first/second year of studies with availability to commit to 15 20 weekly working hours.
