Mentor 3-4 first year students in monthly sessions to provide one-on-one guidance on how to transition to college academically, socially, and spiritually and insight regarding service and leadership opportunities on campus 2. Collaborate in program social events, 3 each semester 3. Participate in August training and monthly mentor meetings 4. Submit reports/evaluations on all aspects of the program in a timely manner 5. Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
