Overview
WorkSafeBC's Business Engagement Services department is seeking a Business Analyst intern.
The team provides project management, business analysis, and change management services and improves business processes using recognized methodologies.
This is a four-month co-op role starting in September 2026.
Compensation
- The salary is $34.04 per hour.
- The compensation package includes 4% in lieu of benefits and 4% in lieu of vacation.
Workplace
- The role is based in the Richmond office five days a week.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze information from management, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions supporting strategic initiatives.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and improve business processes.
- Analyze operations to improve efficiency and quality.
- Analyze and document business processes affected by new systems or system enhancements.
