The Opportunity
The Student Services Coordinator (part-time) will support initiatives and activities related to student engagement and success at EF International Language Campus, Vancouver. In addition, the Student Services Coordinator will work directly with student groups to develop, implement and coordinate programs, with a goal of encouraging a higher level of engagement and ultimately retention to graduation. This position involves responsibilities for campus events and occasional work on weeknights and weekends.
Position Details
This is a part-time, fixed term position (1 year term). The Student Services Coordinator is required to work 15-20 hours per week, 4 days per week. In addition, the Student Services Coordinator will take (on a weekly, rotating basis) the campus emergency phone.
Hours of work: part-time, 15-20 hours per week
Days of work: 4 days per week
Term: 1 year contract (with possibility of extension)
Compensation: $20/hour
Start Date: September 29th, 2026

Responsibilities
- Coordinates and assists with all major on and off-campus focused events
- Support key departmental programs such as New Student Orientation, Graduation, student mentorship
- Is comfortable leading presentations in front of large groups of students
