- Counsel students on higher education opportunities in the UAE and internationally
- Understand students' academic background and career aspirations to recommend suitable universities and programs
- Guide students through the complete admission process including course selection, application submission, documentation, and enrollment
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings to convert inquiries into enrollments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions
- Maintain accurate student records and follow up activities in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams and university partners to ensure a smooth admission process
- Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets while delivering an excellent student experience
- Stay updated on university admissions, scholarships, and education industry trends
