Job Summary
The Accessibility Resource Center (ARC) is seeking a dependable and professional Student Assistant to provide clerical and customer service support. Student Assistants will help ensure smooth daily operations by assisting students, staff, and faculty while learning valuable office and organizational skills in a supportive campus environment.
Essential Job Functions
What You’ll Do – Position Responsibilities Greet and assist students, staff, and faculty visiting the ARC Answer phones, take messages, and route inquiries appropriately Assist with filing, copying, scanning, and organizing office records Provide clerical support for student accommodation documentation and scheduling Assist with mail distribution and office errands as needed Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Perform other tasks as assigned to support the ARC
Greet and assist students, staff, and faculty visiting the ARC
Answer phones, take messages, and route inquiries appropriately
Assist with filing, copying, scanning, and organizing office records
Provide clerical support for student accommodation documentation and scheduling
Assist with mail distribution and office errands as needed
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Perform other tasks as assigned to support the ARC
