Responsibilities
- Manage the inquiries database to achieve enrollment targets
- Interview students to understand their objectives and background
- Provide clarifications to student queries in a professional manner
- Follow up with students through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls, and emails
- Advise students about programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility, and costs
- Assist students to complete enrollment forms
- Maintain database of student information, telephone logs, and student feedback
- Participate in Kiosk activities in malls, education fairs, and other educational events
- Proactively manage and convert inquiries into enrollments to achieve and exceed targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1 2 years of work experience in admissions or sales within the Education Industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving enrollment growth
- Good skills in MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to commute/relocate to Dubai

Job Description
- We are looking for a highly motivated and results driven Student Admissions Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving enrollment growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional student engagement.
Responsibilities
- Must be very well organized.
- Effectively manage the inquiries database to achieve the enrollment targets.
- Interview students to understand their objectives and background.
- Provide clarifications to student s queries in a professional manner.
- Follow up with students for any inquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls, and emails.
- Advise students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility, and costs involved.
- Assist the students to complete the enrollment forms.
- Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs, and student feedback in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.
- Ability to provide guidance and support to students.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and organizational skills and the ability to apply them to a wide range of tasks.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Participating in Kiosk activities in malls, Education fairs, and other educational events.
Requirements
- Masters/ Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 2 years of work experience in admissions or sales within the Education Industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving enrollment growth.
- Good skills in MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Preferably candidate with Husband’s / Father’s sponsorship
- Salary: Fixed salary + Performance Based Incentives
Compensation
- Pay: AED4,000.00 AED4,500.00 per month
