The STS Operations Co-ordinator delivers safe, compliant, and efficient Ship-to-Ship operations globally.
The role coordinates complex projects, operational excellence, HSEQ standards, customer service, logistics, assets, and costs.
The position is full-time and offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate global Ship-to-Ship operations in line with HSEQ, company, and industry standards.
- Ensure operational readiness and high-quality execution across STS activities.
- Plan logistical, personnel, contractor, asset, and support craft requirements.
- Manage budgets, costs, margins, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
- Build relationships with customers and suppliers and manage operational enquiries and quotations.
- Maintain operational records and ERP updates, produce reports, and support continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Ship-to-Ship operations or a similar offshore, marine, or maritime environment.
- Understanding of HSEQ principles, operational compliance, safety, and best practice.
- Commercial awareness covering costs, quotations, budgets, and margin performance.
- Strong planning, coordination, prioritisation, attention to detail, and governance skills.
- Confident communication, sound decision-making, resilience, accountability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
