Supervise daily operations of structures maintenance and repair teams, including carpenters, masons, welders, and general maintenance personnel
Plan, assign, and inspect work involving buildings, roofs, doors, windows, hangars, shelters, concrete, and other structural components
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and quality control standards
Conduct inspections and assessments of facilities to identify structural deficiencies and corrective actions
Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and project management teams on repairs, renovations, and new construction projects
Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, materials, and labor hours
Train and mentor personnel on proper techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use
Manage tools, equipment, and materials to ensure availability and serviceability
Support emergency response and urgent repair operations as required to sustain base operations
Enforce adherence to Air Force Instructions (AFIs), Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), and contract requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade school preferred)
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in structural maintenance, construction, or facilities management
At least 2 years of supervisory or lead experience
Strong knowledge of structural systems, construction methods, and building materials
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
Proficiency in maintenance management systems or work order software
