Structured Products- Trader

Edelweiss Global Markets operates a multi-strategy trading business focused on generating superior risk-adjusted returns across global markets.

As an Analyst- Structured Products, you will support structured product pricing, quantitative analysis, lifecycle management, and trading desk operations.

What will the Person do?

• Structure and price MLDs and other structured products.
• Build and calibrate quantitative pricing models for derivatives and structured payoffs.
• Construct volatility surfaces, yield curves, and valuation inputs.
• Conduct back-testing, stress-testing, and scenario analysis.
• Manage product lifecycle events including coupon fixings and maturities.
• Support trade booking, cashflow schedules, and desk workflows.
• Prepare MIS reports and performance analytics.
• Coordinate with distribution and operations teams.
• Resolve booking and valuation exceptions.
• Collaborate with Trading, Risk, Technology, and Operations teams.

What is needed to succeed?

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or related quantitative fields.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience in Python and/or R.
• Good understanding of financial markets and derivatives.
• Strong MS Office and automation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to think critically and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Knowledge of structured products is preferred.
