Position Overview
The employer has an urgent requirement for a Supervisor – Production in the UAE.
The position focuses on supervising steel fabrication production and meeting production targets.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Three to five years of experience is required.
- Strong experience in steel fabrication covering structural, plate, or piping work is required.
- Experience in refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, or heavy industrial contracting projects is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in production planning, fabrication supervision, manpower handling, drawing interpretation, and QA/QC coordination is required.
Role Duties
- Supervise production and fabrication activities.
- Handle manpower and interpret production drawings.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and project teams.
- Work toward production targets.
Compensation and Benefits
- The salary is AED 2,000–3,000 per month.
- Accommodation and transportation are provided by the company.
Work Location
- The work location is in person in the UAE.
