Tamimi Steel and Membrane is seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing at its structural steel fabrication factory in Riyadh.
The role is intended for an exceptional production leader with a proven record of driving operational excellence in structural steel fabrication.
What You Will Do
- Maximize factory output while maintaining injury-free operations, right-first-time quality, programme delivery, and minimized direct costs.
- Deliver innovative manufacturing solutions that meet market demands for best value, short lead times, and faultless installation at site.
- Build capability, capacity, and competency through investments in equipment, systems, and people.
What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrated year-on-year balanced scorecard improvements in a modern structural steel fabrication factory.
- Deep practical knowledge of TPS and Lean tools, cutting-edge fabrication machinery, and business systems including CAD/CAM and ERP.
- High resilience, strategic drive, and growth mindset.
