The ideal candidate will have expertise in bridge, retaining wall, and box culvert design.
This role plays a key role across JT's municipal, transportation, and site development groups.

Job Responsibilities
- Apply your structural engineering knowledge to complete project tasks under the guidance of senior staff
- Lead the structural design of projects from concept through construction
- Mentor junior staff and performing quality control reviews of structural deliverables
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues while embracing JT’s values and positive culture
- Develop working relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external project teams
- Deliver high-quality work that meets established standards and expectations
- Support the development and management of project budgets and timelines
- Adhere to internal Quality Control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
