Role overview
Support MCB by Beauté Sélection with event coordination, exhibitor management, and on-site operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate exhibitors, partners, suppliers, and event teams.
- Support event planning, logistics, and on-site operations.
- Coordinate booth setup, schedules, and venue requirements.
- Assist exhibitors with operational and technical requirements.
- Monitor event activities and resolve on-site issues.
- Maintain event records, schedules, and related documentation.
Requirements and qualifications
- Diploma or degree in event management, business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience in event management, exhibitions, trade shows, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, hair, or fashion events is advantageous.
