Role Overview
Structural inspection role supporting construction quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Inspect reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works against approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor structural construction activities and report non-conformities.
- Witness and verify concrete cube tests, soil compaction tests, and factory inspections.
- Review and close Work Inspection Requests.
- Issue Non-Conformance Reports and Site Observation Reports.
- Follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection records, reports, and logs of contractors' structural activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Familiarity with inspecting structural construction works against approved drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with concrete cube tests, soil compaction tests, and factory inspection processes.
- Ability to document non-conformities, site observations, inspections, and corrective actions.
