Senior Structural Design Engineer specializing in post-tensioned and reinforced concrete building systems.

Experience and Qualifications
- 5–6 years of proven professional experience in structural design.
- A dedicated portfolio of post-tensioned structures.
- Thorough understanding of relevant Indian Standard design codes, structural detailing, and site troubleshooting.
Technical Skills
- Advanced expertise in RAM Concept, including complex concrete geometry and load calculations.
- Advanced expertise in AutoCAD for structural detailing and drafting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural analysis and design of complex reinforced concrete and post-tensioned building systems.
- Review engineering method statements and site inspection reports for tendon stressing and grouting.
- Mentor junior engineering staff, manage project timelines, and coordinate with architects, clients, and site execution teams.
