Role Overview
Lapeyre Stair is seeking a hands-on, highly technical engineering. This role blends deep structural fabrication expertise, customer-facing leadership, and operational execution—owning the full lifecycle from concept and configuration through fabrication and delivery.
This is a builder role. You will lead a small team of SolidWorks designers, work directly in CAD and ERP tools, engage customers as Lead Engineer. Engineering at Lapeyre Stair is not a back-office function—it is a core driver of customer confidence, manufacturability, margin, and scalability.
