Structural Engineer

This flourishing team is part of the Property, Science & Industry Portfolio in Glasgow. Our team has worked on a range of prestigious and innovative building projects across all sectors.

We are looking for an enthusiastic engineer with excellent design, technical, and software skills who enjoys working collaboratively in multi-professional design teams. As an Engineer you would work with a Senior Engineer or Associate and a team of engineers and technicians to deliver projects with both technical prowess and creativity. Is this role right for you? We are looking to speak to people who:

• Has experience of working on a variety of structures projects and ideally dealing directly with clients. • Possesses excellent knowledge of standard engineering practices, techniques, procedures and Structural design standards. • Has experience in undertaking structural engineering design on complex projects, performing analyses and calculations as appropriate. • Has ability to manage their own time, ensuring work is carried out to the appropriate technical standard and delivered to programme and budget. • Is Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline. • Is working towards Chartership with either the Institution of Civil Engineers and/or the Institution of Structural Engineers.
