- The job location is Nadapuram, Kozhikode, Kerala.
- The role is full-time and offers training for fresh graduates.
- Joining is immediate, with immediate availability preferred.
Learning and Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design of façade systems for high-rise buildings.
- Prepare detailed structural calculation reports for consultant approval.
- Review and assess structural reports as a third-party consultant.
- Learn specialized software used in façade structural engineering.
- Learn international engineering standards, codes, and industry practices.
- Develop practical approaches to façade structural design and engineering.
Eligibility
- B.Tech or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in structural or façade engineering.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn specialized engineering software and international standards.
Training and Work Schedule
- The structured training program lasts two months.
- Training is provided under a senior structural engineer with more than 20 years of façade industry experience.
- Working hours are 8 hours per day over 5.5 days per week.
Compensation
- The two-month training period includes a stipend.
- After training, salary will be discussed and finalized based on performance and the selection process.
- The stated pay is ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month.
Project Exposure and Development
Candidates may receive exposure to high-rise building projects associated with the UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain.
The role offers specialized career development and potential long-term opportunities in India and Gulf countries.
Candidates from Nadapuram, Vadakara, Kuttiady, Thalassery, and nearby areas are preferred.
