Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join our Property & Buildings Team in Brisbane .

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on local and Queensland wide building projects, while working as part of our collaborative and supportive multi-disciplinary global team.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Leading and supporting structural design projects for buildings, along with inspections, assessments, and reporting.
• Working collaboratively with architects, project managers, building services and civil engineers in multidisciplinary teams delivering iconic projects.

• Providing clients with expert technical guidance and strategic advice, while developing and maintaining strong and supportive client relationships.

What you will bring to the team:

• Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural)
• Minimum of 5 years industry experience as a Structural Engineer, with specific depth of experience in building design projects in a consulting environment.
• Experience utilising a broad range of skills across various types of buildings and materials.
• Membership of Engineers Australia and working towards CPEng and/or NER registration is desirable.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Australian Building Codes and Standards.
• Membership of Engineers Australia and Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) preferred, or an equivalent professional accreditation (e.g. CPEng), or the ability to obtain these credentials.
