- Prepare and review detailed structural drawings for foundations, concrete works, steel structures, and related components
- Check and coordinate structural drawings from subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare drawings and detailed sketches for temporary structures and construction related works
- Create detailed 2D and 3D structural drawings, blueprints, and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
- Incorporate requirements and comments from Consultants, Project Managers, and Control Managers into drawings
- Establish and manage plotting limits, grid systems, and coordinates in AutoCAD in coordination with survey teams
- Track, plan, and follow up on structural as built drawings in line with approved project schedule
- Prepare material take offs, quantity lists, layout plans, and drawing registers
- Update and revise drawings to reflect design changes, site conditions, and client or consultant comments
- Support BIM coordination activities, including model integration and clash detection
- Coordinate closely with Structural Engineers to ensure all drawings meet engineering specifications and standards
Requirements
- Minimum 8 15 years of experience in structural drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
- Experience in preparing structural drawings for foundations, concrete, and steel structures
- Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection
- Ability to coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors

Key Responsibilities

- Check and coordinate structural drawings received from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
- Prepare drawings and detailed sketches for temporary structures and construction related works as directed.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D structural drawings, blueprints, and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
