About the Role
Division International for Engineering and Consultancy is seeking an approved Dubai Municipality G+12 Structural Engineer to design structural elements for residential, commercial, and steel buildings.

Responsibilities
- Produce specific CAD drawings and specifications on time and to the required quality standards
- Make detailed structural design using Prokon, Etabs, Safe, Revit and other needed software
- Do all designs to be approved by authorities under regulations of DM, DDA, Tarakhees or other authorities
- Prepare detail design AutoCAD and Revit drawings for structural elements like slabs, beams, columns, foundations
- Prepare schedule of reinforcements for beams, slabs, columns
- Prepare deliverables for submissions at various stages
- Maintain drawing lists, drawing issue schedules, archives of drawings issued to various recipients
- Maintain standard structural details as well as a library of repeated details
- Review documents for structural coordination and verify accuracy and compliance with applicable CAD standards
- Monitor and maintain technical quality in own documentation and communicate regular task updates to senior technician
- Produce documentation relevant and sensitive to the structural design intent and participate with others in developing technical solutions
- Develop an understanding of technical quality tools and guidelines within the office
Requirements
- Approved Dubai municipality G+12 and approved Tarakhees is a must
- A guideline of 8 years experience working on medium to large sized projects especially in towers
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Revit
- Minimum 8 years experience in Safe, Prokon, Etabs, Autocad
- Ability to produce a complete package of building sections / plans and elevation drawings and details
- UAE Resident and can immediately join within a week

Job Summary
- We are Looking for an approved unlimited or G+12 DM Structural Engineer who can do the structural design for residential, commercial and steel structural buildings.
Responsibilities

- Make detailed Structural design using different softwares like: Prokon, Etabs, Safe, Revit and other needed software's
- Do all the designs to be approved by the authorities and under the regulations of DM, DDA, Tarakhees or other authorities.
- Prepares detail design AUTOCAD and Revit drawings for structural elements like slabs, beams, columns, foundations
- Experience in BIM
- Prepares schedule of reinforcements for beams, slabs, columns
- Prepares deliverables for submissions at various stages or as and when required.
- Maintains drawing lists, drawing issue schedules, archives of drawings issued to various recipients.
- Maintains standard structural details as well as a library of repeated details
- Review documents for structural coordination and to verify accuracy and compliance with applicable CAD standards.
- Monitor and maintain technical quality in own documentation and communicate regular task updates to senior technician overseeing the work.
- Under guidance from Senior Technologist/Senior Engineers, produce documentation relevant and sensitive to the structural design intent and participate with others in developing technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Approved Dubai municipality G+12 and approved Tarakhees is a must
- A guideline of 8 years experience working on medium to large sized projects especially in towers.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Revit.
- Minimum 8 years experience in Safe, Prokon, Etabs, Autocad
- Ability to produce a complete package of building sections / plans and elevation drawings and details.
- A desire for gaining knowledge and developing professionally. A team worker and willing volunteer for projects/tasks.
- Positive attitude towards problem solving with an ability to interact with designers to achieve technical quality in design process.
- Organized, methodical with highly developed planning skills.
