Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil / Architectural Draftsman with a strong construction background to join our Technical Office team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and coordinated shop drawings, reinforcement detailing, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and architectural drawings in accordance with project specifications and consultant requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and revise civil, structural, reinforcement, and architectural shop drawings.
- Produce Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and reinforcement detailing based on approved structural drawings.
- Develop detailed construction drawings for foundations, rafts, slabs, beams, columns, walls, staircases, and other structural elements.
- Prepare architectural detailing, sections, elevations, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, and architectural disciplines to eliminate clashes.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and local authority requirements.
- Support engineers during consultant reviews and respond to technical comments.
- Maintain drawing registers and ensure timely submission of revisions.
