About The Role
We are a private training studio in Dubai launching a 1-on-1 assisted stretching service for our existing members.
This is a part-time employee position with a 3-month probation if everything goes well, we can do a full time contract.
You will deliver in-person assisted stretching sessions in a dedicated stretching zone inside our studio.
Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes, with optional 90-minute bookings on request.
You will work directly with the the owners to shape the customer experience.
What You Will Do
- Deliver 1-on-1 assisted stretching sessions tailored to each member (mobility, recovery, post-training flexibility, injury prevention).
- Run a brief intake on the first session — goals, training history, prior injuries, areas of focus.
- Recommend follow-up sessions and the right pack tier.
- Keep simple session notes for repeat clients (techniques used, progress, focus areas). Notes are studio property.
- Deliver each session safely, professionally, and on time. Consistent quality is the most important deliverable.
- Give honest feedback to the studio on what is working, what members are asking for, and what is not.
- All bookings, scheduling, and payments are handled by the studio; you focus on the session itself.
Requirements Must-Have
- Recognised certification as a fitness instructor, physiotherapist, or movement specialist.
- At least 1 years of one-on-one client experience.
- Demonstrable training in stretching, mobility, fascial release, or recovery methods.
- Valid UAE residency permitting part-time employment under our entity.
- English: fluent (sessions are conducted in English).
- Reliable: shows up on time, communicates clearly, respects members time, strictly adhering to the studio standards and have a good working ethic.
Nice-To-Have
- Background in physiotherapy, massage and kinesiology.
- Comfort creating short Instagram content (technique tips, demos).
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
