In addition, you will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of consulting or other relevant professional experience, or an MBA with 3+ years of relevant consulting experience, and bring:

• Prior experience in consulting, investment banking, market research, or another relevant analytical role
• Strong and demonstrated interest in the education sector; knowledge of the sector is a plus
• Superior analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to exercise mature judgment in dynamic situations
• Outstanding interpersonal and team-building skills, able to manage up, down, and across an organization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with an ability to work independently and manage multiple, competing priorities
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a willingness to take ownership of breakthrough ideas and strategy formulation
• A self-starter, comfortable working in dynamic and evolving environments

Deep leadership exposure across the global education sector

• Lead engagements with market-leading companies, investors, non-profit organizations, institutions, and foundations across the education ecosystem
• Work closely with Partners and senior client stakeholders on the sector's most pressing strategic and investment questions

Meaningful ownership and room for growth

• Take responsibility for all phases of client engagements, from data collection through final delivery, while managing and extending client relationships alongside our Partners
• Grow in ways that match your own aspirations, with ample room to advance as a Principal at Tyton Partners

• Develop, manage, and mentor junior team members as a core part of the role, cultivating organizational talent across the Firm
