Principals at Tyton Partners play a critical leadership role within the Firm, driving client engagements to help senior leaders in the education sector solve their most pressing strategic challenges.
As a Principal, you will lead teams and take responsibility for all phases of an engagement.
You will also work closely with Partners in the Firm to manage and extend client relationships.
In addition to client work, Principals are responsible for developing, managing, and mentoring junior team members and must be committed to cultivating organizational talent.
Principals also take an active role in developing the Firm's presence and impact through thought leadership activities, contributing to client and practice area development initiatives, and enhancing core engagement and business processes.
A Principal's primary responsibilities include:
