Strategy & Operations Manager

Have experience solving complex commercial, strategic or operational problems.

Are confident using spreadsheets and financial models, as well as SQL or other data tools, to explore data and generate insights independently.

Have a track record of turning analysis into practical recommendations and delivered outcomes.

Bring sound commercial judgement and understand how businesses create value.

Can communicate complex ideas clearly and build alignment across functions and levels of seniority.

Bring intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative.

You do not need to arrive with deep expertise in estate planning or end-of-life services. You do need to be able to learn a new market quickly, ask thoughtful questions and develop an informed point of view.
