Syscort is looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead to work directly with the Founder & CEO and translate the company's vision into a structured, scalable and executable business plan.
This is a hands-on strategy + execution role covering organization design, business operations, GTM, hiring, processes and cross-functional execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate Founder vision into strategic priorities and 90/180-day execution plans.
- Design organization structure, operating model, reporting lines and accountability .
- Develop headcount plans, hiring priorities and workforce budgets .
- Define roles, KPIs, decision rights and management cadence.
- Design and improve business workflows, SOPs and operating processes .
- Support GTM, business-unit strategy, market expansion and strategic partnerships.
- Improve coordination across Sales, Delivery, Finance, HR and Operations.
- Build management dashboards and business-performance reviews.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive initiatives from problem → solution → implementation .
- Help reduce Founder dependency on day-to-day operations and build a scalable operating system.
Ideal Candidate
5–10 years of experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Operations, Transformation or Founder’s Office.
