Role Overview
FurtherAI is hiring its first Strategy & Operations Associate to solve operational problems, build fixes, and hand them off across the company.
The role is AI-native and expected to replace manual work with agents and internal tooling rather than absorb it as headcount.
Finance operations and reporting are the anchor, with additional support for go-to-market, Engineering, and Design.
Location and Schedule
- The role is based in San Francisco, California, in the Financial District, and is in-person Monday through Friday.
- Candidates must be based in San Francisco or willing to relocate immediately.
AI and Operations
- Find work that AI should perform and build AI workflows and internal tooling to remove manual steps across finance and operations.
- Create processes that run independently when repeated tasks or inbox-based work can be redesigned.
Finance and Reporting
- Track infrastructure and vendor costs, analyze spending, flag anomalies, and support cost reduction.
