Job purpose
Own Gathern’s strategic planning and performance cycle end to end, including the North Star driver model, OKR and initiative portfolio planning, and executive and board reporting.
Ensure leadership decisions use current, reconciled, and traceable numbers.
Strategic planning and analysis
- Maintain planning and analysis for revenue, reservations, ARPR, SCR, ADR, LOS, and take rate.
- Reconcile targets, actuals, and variances every month.
- Analyze revenue and reservation gaps by primary and supporting drivers and convert findings into assigned actions.
- Build scenario and sensitivity models for pricing, segmentation, and destination planning.
- Support annual and quarterly planning, target setting, and the monthly ramp.
Performance management
- Own OKR planning, including objectives, key results, initiative cards, scoring, and milestone tracking.
- Run the monthly performance cycle, data cutoff, variance review, commentary drafting, and publication.
- Translate commitments and initiatives into required performance outcomes.
- Maintain the metric definitions library and enforce consistent definitions across published reports.
