Job Purpose
Own Gathern's strategic planning and performance cycle end to end, including the North Star driver model, OKR and initiative portfolio planning, and executive and board reporting.
Enable leadership decisions using current, reconciled, and traceable numbers linked to defined business drivers.
Strategic Planning and Analysis
- Maintain planning and analysis for revenue, reservations, ARPR, SCR, ADR, LOS, and take rate.
- Reconcile targets, actuals, and variances every month.
- Diagnose revenue and reservation gaps, attribute them to drivers, and convert findings into actions with owners and dates.
- Build scenario and sensitivity models for pricing, segmentation, and destination planning.
- Support annual and quarterly planning, target setting, and the monthly ramp.
Performance and Reporting
- Own OKR planning, including objectives, key results, initiative cards, scoring, and milestone tracking.
- Run the monthly performance cycle, including data cut-off, variance review, commentary drafting, and publication to a fixed calendar.
- Maintain metric definitions and enforce consistency across published reports.
- Produce executive reports, quarterly one-pagers, board materials, pre-reads, and decision papers.
