Role Overview
The Strategy Manager will strengthen a public-sector performance excellence framework.
The role translates strategic priorities into measurable outcomes and supports performance improvement.
The role reports to the Head of Strategy and Performance and works with senior leadership and business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and institutionalize the organization-wide performance excellence and KPI framework.
- Translate strategic priorities and Vision 2030 into measurable objectives, KPIs and targets.
- Monitor performance, identify gaps and root causes and drive corrective action.
- Develop executive-level reports, dashboards and insights for senior leadership.
- Partner with sector heads and business units to drive accountability and performance improvement.
- Develop performance policies, governance frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Willingness and ability to work in RAK.
- Fluent Arabic and English language skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate performance excellence or related combined roles.
