Responsibilities
- Support end to end management of strategic projects and programs across the organization
- Assist in development and implementation of project management frameworks, methodologies, governance structures, and reporting standards
- Coordinate project planning activities including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on achievements, risks, issues, and performance
- Ensure projects adhere to established governance processes, standards, and policies
- Track project performance against key milestones, deliverables, budgets, and expected outcomes
- Manage and monitor project change requests, ensuring appropriate approvals and documentation
- Identify project risks and dependencies, escalating issues where required
- Partner with business stakeholders and project sponsors to support successful project delivery
- Support workshops, meetings, and governance forums to drive alignment and decision making
- Conduct research, analysis, and business assessments to support decision making and project outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and project delivery capabilities
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience within a Project Management Office (PMO), project management, strategy execution, transformation, or related environment
- Demonstrated experience supporting projects through the full project lifecycle
- Experience working on cross functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) advantageous

Role Overview
- Seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Senior Associate – PMO to support planning, execution, and governance of strategic initiatives.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered effectively, aligned with business priorities, and managed in accordance with established standards.
- Opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, cross functional teams, and project sponsors to drive business transformation and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities Project & Program Management
- Support end to end management of strategic projects and programs.
- Assist in development and implementation of project management frameworks, methodologies, governance structures, and reporting standards.
