About the Role
BrightHouse, a division of BCG, is seeking a Strategy Intern for a 12-week program starting June/July 2026 in Dubai. The intern will support purpose consulting projects through research, stakeholder interviews, ideation, and workshop coordination.

Responsibilities
- Conduct company/brand/industry/competitor research and synthesize information
- Support stakeholder interviews, record notes, and synthesize key themes
- Participate in project ideations by contributing meaningful ideas
- Support proposals and business development work
- Coordinate planning and execution for client workshops
- Contribute to internal BCG BrightHouse projects
Requirements
- Recent graduate or student (at least second year bachelor, master's preferred)
- Interest in purpose, brand, culture, and organizational change
- Ability to synthesize information and drive insights
- Confident thinker, communicator, writer, and presenter
- Adept at qualitative research and PowerPoint deliverables
- Team player with high organization and attention to detail
- Fluent English and native Arabic language skills preferred
- Experience in marketing, brand strategy, culture, or communications preferred

Internship Overview
- Join the Dubai team as a Strategy Intern for a minimum of 12 weeks starting June/July 2026.
- Work at the intersection of strategy, brand, and culture to help clients activate purpose and drive growth.
Strategy Intern Role
- Conduct company/brand/industry/competitor research and synthesize information.
- Support stakeholder interviews, including recording notes and synthesizing key themes.
- Participate in project ideations by contributing meaningful, thoughtful, and relevant ideas.
- Support proposals and business development work.
- Coordinate planning and execution for client workshops.
- Contribute to internal BCG BrightHouse projects.
What We Are Looking For
- Recent graduate or enthusiastic student (at least second year bachelor, master's preferred).
- Interest in projects on purpose, brand, culture, and organizational change.
- Ability to deep dive into key topics, synthesize and drive to insights, and meld analytical and creative thinking.
- Confident thinker, communicator, writer, and presenter.
- Adept at qualitative research and developing PowerPoint deliverables.
- True team player able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of organization with attention to detail.
- Fluent English and native Arabic language skills preferred.
- Experience in marketing, brand strategy, culture, or communications preferred.
