Role Overview
Strategy Insights and Planning teams help clients address business challenges through advanced analytics, rigorous research, and problem-solving.
The role supports multiple projects and develops recommendations and solutions for clients.
What You’ll Do
- Develop solutions to client business problems using structured problem-solving frameworks.
- Conduct market and desk research to derive insights and inform client decisions.
- Design custom analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and ZS proprietary software.
- Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams.
- Collaborate with client and ZS teams to implement solutions.
- Own assigned project deliverables.
What You’ll Bring
- Be in the final year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline.
- Have strong academic performance in analytic and quantitative coursework.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate empathy, adaptability, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and quality focus.
- Be self-disciplined, organized, collaborative, and fluent in English.
- Bring a client-first mentality and problem-solving approach.
