Role Overview
Experienced Strategy Consultant sought for an interim, hands-on mandate supporting the Director of Strategy.
The assignment focuses on developing a new organisational strategy and strengthening strategic direction.
The engagement is expected to last 4–6 months and is delivery-focused.
Contract and Compensation
- This is a fixed-term contract role paying AED 25,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build a new strategic plan with the Director of Strategy.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis for strategic options and recommendations.
- Frame complex problems into actionable strategic workstreams.
- Develop strategy documents, frameworks, and presentation materials for senior leadership and board audiences.
- Engage stakeholders across departments on priorities and implementation planning.
- Contribute consulting rigour and best practices from prior advisory work.
Candidate Requirements
- Bring 5–10 years of relevant experience from a top-tier strategy consulting or professional services firm, or an equivalent background.
- Have built or supported corporate or organisational strategy from the ground up.
- Be fluent in English; Arabic is not required.
- Be available to start within 2 weeks, with immediate availability prioritised.
- Be comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment over a 4–6 month delivery horizon.
Mandate Scope
- Gain direct exposure to the Director of Strategy and senior leadership at a leading Dubai economic development institution.
- Shape a new strategy from inception through a high-impact, visible assignment.
- The project-based engagement may suit consultants between assignments.
