Role Overview
The Strategy Associate works within Group Strategy & Ventures with the CSO and founders on decisions shaping products, market corridors, licensing, positioning, investment, and sustainable growth.
The role performs practical analysis that is used to make strategic decisions within weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product sequencing and market entry, including corridor economics, licensing pathways, and competitive benchmarking.
- Translate CBUAE payment token rules, VARA, MiCA, and the GENIUS Act into commercial strategy.
- Model unit economics and business cases for products and partnerships, including yield, vaults, lending, and cross-border corridors.
- Support venture, partnership, and M&A screening, analysis, and diligence.
- Own competitive and market intelligence across EMEA, the United States, and emerging markets.
