Baseline Program Requirements
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at an accredited university
Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company
A minimum 3.0 GPA

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Remote work within the United States of America with possibility for hybrid if located near Wilsonville, OR; Livonia, MI; Milford, OH; Plano, TX; St Louis, MO; Pasadena, CA.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Analytical mindset and interest in working with data and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a global environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
