Strategic Student Program: Contact Development Internship (Spring 2027, CMMK)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Contact Discovery & Validation-
• Support research to validate contact information and confirm a person’s role within a buying group.
• Use contact databases, social media, and web research to identify new contacts.
• Assist with logging and tracking validated contacts in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Account & Buying Group Intelligence-
• Help build and update account maps and buying group structures.
• Identify target personas involved in purchase decisions.
• Provide weekly summaries of validated contacts and buying group progress.
• Marketing & Event Support-
• Support marketing programs and events by helping drive registration and follow-up.
• Assist in ensuring accurate alignment between campaigns, accounts, and opportunities.
• Collaboration & Reporting-
• Partner with CDRs, RDRs, and marketing teams on handoffs and process alignment.
• Follow service-level agreements (SLAs) supporting demand management workflows.
• Track research and discovery activities within Salesforce and related tools.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field .
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment within the United States of America.
• Interest in marketing, sales, data research, or revenue operations.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to navigate multiple tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious , proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills .
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting to new processes.
• Investigative mindset with strong research abilities.
• Team-oriented, coachable, and enthusiastic about learning.
• Organized, disciplined, and able to manage activity volume with support.
